At Power Brands India, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


No Return & No Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.

All products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Therefore, all purchases made on our website are considered final.


Damaged Product Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged product due to transit or delivery handling, we will provide a replacement for the same product.

To process a replacement request, the following conditions are mandatory:

  • A proper unboxing video is required.
  • The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • The shipping label and damaged product must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any replacement, refund, or claim under any circumstances.


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement, return, or refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video available.
  • Complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use by the customer.
  • Minor outer packaging damage where the product inside is safe and usable.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect usage of the product.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Order was not delivered.
  • Product is unavailable after successful order placement.
  • Approved damaged-product claim where replacement is not possible.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

For prepaid orders, cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered at the sole discretion of Power Brands India.
