Order Processing Time
- All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, festive sales, or promotional campaigns, processing time may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, operational delays, or other external factors.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Power Brands India will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Incomplete shipping details
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in such cases.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters or weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- High shipment volumes
- Remote delivery locations
Power Brands India shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Parcel During Delivery
If you receive a damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement.
- The video must be recorded from the beginning without cuts or edits.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If an order is returned back to us due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Repeated delivery failures
- Refusal to accept order
The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipping the order.
Refunds for RTO orders will be handled at the sole discretion of Power Brands India.
